Website and hosting
The public website is available at felixorigin.com and hosted by Vercel.
The domain and website are operated by Killian Dujardin from France. Standard infrastructure logs may be processed by Vercel for security and operation.
The site uses no account, analytics, marketing cookies or advertising trackers.
When a visitor chooses a language, the strictly functional felix_origin_language cookie stores only the selected supported-language identifier for up to 12 months so that choice takes priority on later visits. Automatic browser-language detection does not set it.
Contact data and legal basis
The contact form requests a name, email, subject and message; organization or role is optional. No telephone number, attachment, account or marketing permission is requested.
The purpose is to receive, secure and answer professional enquiries. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in managing enquiries a visitor chooses to send, after a necessity and balancing assessment. Pre-contractual steps may apply when a visitor asks to explore an agreement.
The fields are used only to understand and answer the request, protect the channel and maintain any resulting professional exchange. They are not used for automatic prospecting, profiling or an autoresponder.
Recipients, providers and retention
Messages are intended only for Killian Dujardin through hello@felixorigin.com and the technical providers strictly needed to host and transmit the request.
Form delivery uses Resend as the email processor; message content, metadata, logs and account records may be processed in the United States under its DPA, Standard Contractual Clauses and EU-US Data Privacy Framework participation. An Ireland sending region does not change that storage location.
Messages in the professional inbox are kept only while needed to answer and manage the exchange, meet a legal obligation, or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, then reviewed for deletion. Resend’s standard email data retention is 30 days. No form submission is stored in a FELIX ORIGIN database.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interest. The right to portability applies only where its legal conditions are met.
Exercise these rights through hello@felixorigin.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Names and content
FELIX ORIGIN copy, layout, identity system and project-owned visual elements are reserved. Third-party names appear only where necessary to describe the venture’s inspiration and product context.
No third-party photograph, entertainment-company logo or artist logo is used on this site.
